Although Yoga, Pilates, and Dance are generally safe to do for all ages and all levels, you need to be aware that it is a possibility to have an injury during those activities if not careful. We ask all 1st time participants to please fill out a liability waiver form before beginning any physical activities. It is also advised to talk to your doctor before beginning any physical activities and fitness training.
